Tasting Class : Wines of Italy

Join our Sommelier, Damon Callis as we explore a selection of wine styles and growing regions from Italy.

In this hour-and-a-half class, we will chat about the characteristics of this rapidly growing region and how differences in terroir and winemaking techniques affect the wines.

We will discuss the process and history of winemaking, and the deductive tasting method and answer any wine-related questions you may have in our round table discussion. Small bites for food pairing will be served with the tasting. You will have the opportunity to purchase wines at a special rate afterward.
