With our guidance, you will select a varietal and drive all the winemaking decisions to produce the style of wine you desire. Throughout the process, you’ll learn a ton, have a lot of fun, and end up with a wine you’ll be proud to share for years to come.
We also love corporate functions! We’ve worked with local businesses to create their own wine for 50 year anniversary gifts, client gifts, and as a teambuilding exercise.

For Winemaking groups we offer custom food and wine pairing packages that we select to compliment the wine you have chosen to make. Packages are priced per person and can be tailored to your groups dietary preferences or constraints.
The Nibbler $25 pp
Includes a grazing board of cheeses and charcuterie, seasonal fresh fruits and veggies, dried fruits, olives, hummus and tzatziki dip and a tasting flight of 3 wines.
The Celebration $40 pp
Includes a deluxe grazing board plus 2 additional hot appetizers, a sparkling wine toast, and a tasting flight of 3 wines
The Indulgence $55 pp
Includes a premium grazing board plus 3 additional appetizers, a tasting flight of 4 wines, and chocolates
To set up an experience:

2. Select a grape variety
3. Join us at the winery to help make your wine
4. Design a custom label for your wine
5. Sit back, relax, and know that your wine is patiently aging for you
6. Join us at the winery to help bottle, cork, and label your wine, (after roughly 10-14 weeks)
Groups are limited to 8 or less because of space and experiential restrictions.
Costs run between $500-750, depending on the wine you choose to make.
Note: Our expert staff will be keeping track of your wine’s progress and call you when it is ready to be bottled. This is best done within two-weeks of the date suggested by our staff. If your group is unable to return within that period, our staff will bottle your wine for you for an additional charge of $60.
